At Blue Planet Cafe we strive to support our fellow local businesses, so we have teamed up with one of the best roasters in the Midwest: Roast Magazine's 2009 "Roaster of the Year" PT's Coffee Roasting Co. Our house espresso blend is Gizmo Espresso (named for Gizmo Pictures, an award winning Topeka film production company). Gizmo Espresso abounds with deep, rich flavors, undertones of dark chocolate and a smooth finish.
